Donna Muñoz

I'm a mommy to five precious, obnoxious kids and a wife to our champion and protector. I love mothering the heck out of my kids and now that they're older, I'm enjoying bringing date night with my husband back from extinction.

 

I also went back to work full time after earning my MFA in Creative Writing from The University Of Texas at El Paso. Go Miners!

 

As an Assistant Professor of English at El Paso Community College, I am honored to work with a diverse student population including but not limited to students who are attending college while still in high school, first in their families to attend college, student immigrants, international students who cross our Texas-Mexico border every single day to earn their education, and so many others.

Finally, writing is what keeps me sane. It's my reward, a personal time for me. I love it more than chocolate and coffee, though those are my writing vices by which my writer self could not exist!
